{"id":333,"date":"2023-06-01T08:22:47","date_gmt":"2023-06-01T06:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/jdauman.com\/2019\/02\/28\/5-react-training-courses-for-beginners-5\/"},"modified":"2025-04-22T12:10:34","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T10:10:34","slug":"changes-to-biosecurity-controls-from-31-october-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jdaumanlogistics.pl\/en\/2023\/06\/01\/changes-to-biosecurity-controls-from-31-october-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes to biosecurity controls from 31 October 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"tm-row-69ea2c8edd7c2\" class=\"vc_row vc_row-outer vc_row-fluid\"><div id=\"tm-column-69ea2c8eddd73\" class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"tm-heading  left tm-animation move-up\" id=\"tm-heading-69ea2c8ede018\">\n\t<h4 class=\"heading\" style=\"\">With the upcoming changes to food importation, here are the key dates with corresponding description: Changes to biosecurity controls from 31 October 2023....<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tm-spacer\" id=\"tm-spacer-69ea2c8ede333\"><\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  tm-animation move-up\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>In view of the upcoming changes to food imports, we present the key dates with corresponding descriptions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Changes to biosecurity controls from 31 October 2023 that affect EU exports to the UK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Medium-risk animal products:\u00a0<\/strong>Export Health Certificates (EHCs) will be required for exports from the European Union to the UK.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium-risk plants and plant products:\u00a0<\/strong>Phytosanitary (PC) certificates will be required for European Union exports to the UK<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low-risk animal products:\u00a0<\/strong>pre-declaration of exports from the European Union to the UK will continue; products will still need to arrive through points of entry with a Border Inspection Post, but will not be required to have an EHC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low-risk plants and plant products\u00a0<\/strong>will not require pre-notification or a Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) for export from the European Union to the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simplified EHC (Export Health Certificates) for the export of animal products from the European Union to the UK will be available from the end of April 2023.
