HMRC is introducing an extension to the service that will allow up to 2,500 Declaration Parcel Reference Numbers (DUCRs) to be uploaded by sending a file to each GMR via the user interface, as opposed to the current process where they are added individually .Your file must:<\/p>\n<p>- have a comma-separated values (CSV) format.<\/p>\n<p>- have one DUCR per row<\/p>\n<p>- use column 1 as DUCR reference<\/p>\n<p>- use column 2 for part identifiers if your consignment is split.<\/p>\n<p>The upload will consist of a simple copy and paste function from the carrier's systems into a CSV file provided via a web interface, which will send these DUCRs to the GMR once uploaded.<\/p>\n<p>The web-based user interface will display upload instructions on the screen.
