Wsp\u00f3lna 70<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type of employment:<\/strong> employment contract, full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Position level:<\/strong> Specialist (Mid \/ Regular)<br \/>\n<strong>Operating mode:<\/strong> possibility to work remotely<br \/>\n<strong>Availability:<\/strong> working immediately<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this position you will be responsible for, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>checking the correctness and completeness of customs documents,<\/li>\n<li>preparation and handling of import, export and transit declarations (also under simplified procedures),<\/li>\n<li>monitoring the progress of clearance and participating in customs control activities,<\/li>\n<li>liaising with customs representatives and representing clients,<\/li>\n<li>analysing customer needs and advising on customs and logistics procedures,<\/li>\n<li>preparing letters and applications to the customs authorities,<\/li>\n<li>issuing certificates of origin, transit documents and other documents to accompany consignments,<\/li>\n<li>recording data in the company's systems and archiving them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>current registration in the list of customs agents,<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years' experience in handling customs matters on the Polish and English side is welcome,<\/li>\n<li>practical skills in preparing import, export and transit declarations,<\/li>\n<li>good knowledge of customs procedures and legislation,<\/li>\n<li>experience with the programme <strong>Hussar<\/strong> and customs systems <strong>PUESC<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>communicative knowledge of the English language,<\/li>\n<li>good knowledge of MS Office,<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills, good organisation of work, self-reliance, commitment and ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employment based on a full-time contract of employment or another form of cooperation preferred by the candidate,<\/li>\n<li>attractive remuneration,<\/li>\n<li>working in a Polish-English team of experienced professionals,<\/li>\n<li>opportunity to gain experience also in a customs agency in the UK,<\/li>\n<li>Real growth prospects with the company's expansion in the logistics industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>J.Dauman Logistics Sp. z o.o.<\/strong> is part of an international structure <a href=\"https:\/\/jdauman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Integrated UK Business Services, Powered by J.
