WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the users' terminal equipment for the use of websites. These cookies allow the website to recognise the user's device and display the website accordingly, tailored to the user's individual preferences.

Type Description
Essential are absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the website or the functionality you wish to use.
Functional are important for the operation of the service:

- are used to enrich the functionality of the website, without them the website will work correctly, but will not be adapted to the user's preferences,

- serve to ensure a high level of functionality of the website, without the settings stored in the cookie, the level of functionality of the website may be reduced, but should not prevent you from using the website completely,

- serve very important functionalities of the website, blocking them will result in the selected functions not working properly.
Business

 

 enable the business model on which the website is based, their blocking will not result in the unavailability of all the functionality of the website, but may reduce the level of service provision due to the website owner's inability to realise the revenue that subsidises the operation of the website. This category includes, for example, advertising cookies.

Attention: cookies can be called up by the site administrator using scripts, components that are hosted on the partner's servers located in a different location - a different country or even a completely different jurisdiction. If the site administrator calls up site components from outside the administrator's system, a different standard cookie policy than the site administrator's privacy/cookie policy may apply.

Typically, the website owner or research company collects information anonymously and processes trend data without identifying the personal data of individual users

Harmless

 

 Includes cookies:

- necessary for the proper functioning of the website,

- needed to enable the functionality of the website, but their operation has nothing to do with tracking the user.
Researching

 

 used to monitor user behaviour, however, does not include information that identifies a specific user. It is only possible to identify a user if information about the type of website visited, the frequency of visits or other non-personal data can be combined with information about the user who left it as part of the use of the service in question, e.g. in connection with registering for a newsletter.

 

  1. Do cookies contain personal data

Personal data collected using cookies may only be collected for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in such a way that it cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons.

Certain personal data processed by us in connection with the use of the functionalities of our website, in particular personal data related to the submission of a contact form, newsletter sign-up, e-book download sign-up (such as email address, first name, surname, date of use, type of service) may be used, including compiled with other information that is not personal data (e.g. location, frequency of website visits, type of website tabs visited), in order to refine the preferences of a specific user and to prepare profiled advertising or newsletter content (creation of personality profiles).
