On 23-25 August, an international economic mission took place to promote the food industry in the Świętokrzyskie region. Among the invited participants was a representative of the J. Dauman - Managing Director of J. Dauman Logistics Grażyna Jaworska.

Our mission as the J. Dauman is to support entrepreneurs in their development and international expansion. One important part of achieving this mission is networking and sharing our expertise. A unique opportunity to do this was to participate in an international economic mission.

At the invitation of the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, the mission was attended by representatives from five countries - Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Germany and the United Kingdom. The delegations were made up of entrepreneurs, journalists, traders and importers operating in the food sector. The aim of the initiative was to promote businesses from the Świętokrzyskie region, which is one of the country's leaders in the production of apples, cherries and tomatoes, among others.

The mission opened with a gala dinner. The following day, the mission participants went on study visits to six local companies involved in the production of NFC juices, fruit concentrates, wine, fruit and dairy products. During these visits, delegation members were able to see the entire production process up close and talk to the managers.

On the third day of the mission, delegations took part in the 9th edition of the conference "Export and trade potential of the Świętokrzyskie food producers and food processing sector", in which, in addition to the mission participants, the local food sector was also well represented. As part of the conference, a panel debate was held on "Prospects for food processing products exporting to priority international", in which one of the experts was a representative of our Group. As part of the last day of the mission, a series of 1-on-1 talks between mission members and entrepreneurs were also held, which provided a good opportunity to establish new business relations and discuss opportunities for possible cooperation.

Dauman Logistics - Being able to see first-hand how manufacturing companies operate through study visits was a unique experience. I also appreciated participating in the conference where, in addition to attending the panel, I had the opportunity to have many interesting face-to-face conversations with entrepreneurs. Such events are a great tool to expand your network of contacts, which is one of the most important tools in business development and international expansion."
